P.M.: Irony really only works in literature and film, in real life it just sucks. The rain finally let up at around 8:00 pm tonight, just as it was getting too dark to work anymore. I managed to frame the east wall which means all four are done, but I would like to have had them all raised and sided by tonight. The good news is that the east wall is a knockout, three big windows, (not in- just framed). That wall will be almost completely glass. Rick and I are going to try to get up very early tomorrow morning so we can take advantage if the weather's good. Hopefully some more encouraging pictures tomorrow.
This tarp did a so-so job of keeping the rain out.
A.M.: You can battle time and you can battle the weather and you know what? You'll lose twice. The sprinkles have ended and the showers have taken their place. I'm in a tough spot right now where there's very little I can do in a full blown storm. Ricky refuses to stay under the tarp so I have returned to the motel and will go back to the site alone with the hope for a brief break in the weather so I can work on the other two walls, affix the tarp, and have a place to work should it rain again.

Aaron, We (Bob, Sue and Noah) love your cabin. Bob says you are a man of his own heart. He is envious. We hope you were able to get back out and work today.
Bob wants to know where the property is? He wants some, of course. How big is it and the cabin?
Be careful working by yourself. Bob fell off of the dome twice! He thinks it's good to have someone to pick you up and drive you to the hospital. But I bet if Ricky quit chasing turkey's, he could do it.
Keep posting the pictures. They are great. Sometime if we get up to that area, we'd love to see it in person. Good Building! Love, Susan and Bob and Noah
